Our Story
ReNew: Concierge Physical Therapy was born out of Dr. Harvitz’s love for patients and belief that you deserve a higher level of care. Working in big medical practices for ten years, he saw how many PT clinics cut corners or compromised care to meet insurance companies’ demands. He wanted to offer patients in Pensacola and Destin FL and Baltimore MD an alternative–a physical therapy practice that comes to your home and puts you first.
Since founding ReNew, Dr. Harvitz and his team have helped hundreds of patients get free from pain, regain mobility, and avoid surgeries. ReNew is completely self-pay. The only insurance we accept is personal injury protection (PIP) insurance. This allows us to do what’s best for you instead of letting an insurance company dictate your care. Through our unique approach to treatment, our patients discover the freedom that comes from personalized physical therapy. Freedom to heal. Freedom to perform. Freedom from pain.
